George Nicks Obituary

George B. Nicks passed away on August 3, 2010 in Englewood, Colorado. He was born May 19, 1923 in Limon, Colorado. He was one of 12 children. He is survived by one brother, Carl, in Brush, Colorado and a number of nieces and nephews. His only son, Terry, is deceased. He served in the Navy during WWII. He was a life member of the VFW. For several years, George and his three brothers owned a dairy in Limon. He was also part owner of the sale barn in Limon. He loved to dance, sing and play his guitar. He was a fun-loving, kind man. At his request, no services will be held.
