Geraldine Edmond Obituary

Geraldine T. Edmond a resident of Colorado Springs, CO, was born September 16, 1942 to the late Edward Toussaint Sr. and Myrtle C. Toussaint. The lord called and as an obedient child, Geraldine answered the call on June 10, 2010 at her home. Geraldine (Gerry) was baptized at an early age by the late Rev. A Wiggins. She was a current member of Peace and Tranquility Baptist Church until her demise. Gerry is precede in death by her parents, one son Raymond Edmond Jr., four sisters; Georgia Jones, Delores O'Brien, Gloria Lewis and Helen Randle, one brother Sanders Toussaint and one nephew Orlando O'Brien. She leaves to cherish her fond memories, her husband of 47 years Rev. Raymond Edmond, one son Darrell Edmond, two daughters Latassie (Paul) Lacey and Marquette Edmond all of Colorado Springs, CO, two sisters Charity Bolden and Dorothy (Donald) Joseph of Franklin, LA. Six brothers Edward (Daisy) Toussaint and Alvin (Debbie) Toussaint of Los Angeles, CA. Larry Toussaint, Darryl Toussaint, and Earl Conley all of Franklin, LA. and Clarence Toussaint of Jeanerette, LA. Eight grand children, Devolon Charity of Killeen, TX, Anesyia Lacey, Antreise Lacey, Quanishia Edmond, Deasrey Balloon, Whitney Sanchious, Leon Clemons III, and Derek Sanchious all of Colorado Springs, CO. Devoted spiritual family Mike, Phyllis, A.J., Askia, and Myisha Hardin all of Ft. Knox, KY. Devoted young friend Darious Scott of Colorado Springs, CO. With a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends, who all realize the Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal…
