Remembering Gerry,
I believe he has gone fishing with the Master of the sea (Our Lord) living another sunny day, making fly fishing flies.
Telling baseball stories about coaching his son, his baseball friends and the love of baseball.
Susie, Benji and Crystal may time heal your heart and memories comfort your souls.

Gerry, was funny and out of the blue their would be a humorous line he would say. He was dedicated, hard working baseball coach who gave encouragement.
I remember we could talk about baseball for hours and how our sons had great potential
to be successful young men. You were correct Gerry! YOU WOULD BE PROUD.
I still can remember when we had the baseball team playing at the Sky Sox field. What a great experience for the players and the parents.
This is for you Gerry, my friend.
Baseball,
where a sacrifice is really appreciated, a day without Baseball is a day wasted, Championships are won at practice, No grass stains, No glory, No bruises (Ben, getting hit in the head) No story. If they don't play baseball in heaven, I'm not going. Baseball is life, its the best.

Gerry was a nice guy at Kinfolks; I didn't know much more about him than that until one evening when I learned he was passing along his fly rods due to his illness. Since then, I've heard more about him and am sorry I didn't get to know him better.

Oh Gerry! We had a lot of good times, laughs, and a few heated arguments, didn't we? You were so passionate about your beliefs and gave me so much food for thought.
I'm happy that you were able to find Suzie, and have good years with her. I also am glad that I got the share your joy at seeing Ben grow into such a fine man.
This week, I heard about the opening of the Rockies new training camp, and immediately thought of you. I suppose I always will.
I love you, and my prayers will be with Suzie and Ben. I'm sure you and John are already at the greatest fishing hole that Heaven can offer. See you there one day.

I worked with Gerry at Ampex and LSI for many years. Gerry loved life, family and friends, and always looked at the positive side of life. We spent many nights playing guitar, singing, and just having a good time. Gerry, you will be missed by all. Play a little blues for God. My condolences to the family.
