Glen E. Robertson
October 6, 1940 - December 7, 2017
Glen Eugene Robertson, age 77, passed away December 7 in Colorado Springs after suffering from heart disease.
Glen was born October 6, 1940 in Colorado Springs to the late Cecil and Naola (Luehring) Robertson. He graduated from Colorado Springs High School in 1958, then served in the Naval Reserves with active duty at Camp Lejeune, NC. Glen married his beloved wife, Theresa (Landry) on March 9, 1974. Glen worked 43 years as a Special Delivery Messenger for the US Postal Service, retiring in 2009.
Glen's passions were aviation and classic cars. Fond memories include growing up in Santa Cruz, CA and summers with his grandparents on the Holland Dairy in Colorado Springs.
In addition to his wife, Glen is survived by daughters Rhonda (Marcus) Trollmann, Shawna (Sam) Schnick, Christa (Steve) Massaro, and son Ryan (Susan Kerr) Robertson; grandchildren Julia, Tony, Zachary, and Ian; and his sister Karen Clevenger. A loving family man, Glen will be greatly missed.
He is spending Christmas in Heaven this year!
The Robertson family would like to thank Abode Hospice for their excellent care.
Graveside services will be December 30 at 11a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery.
