WOODVILLE: Harriet Bosse, age 80, of Woodville, OH passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Genoa Retirement Village, Genoa, OH.

She was born on March 13, 1934 in Atlanta, GA to Henry and Mabel (Lee) Gunter. On June 18, 1955 she married Donald Bosse in Atlanta, GA and he survives.

Harriet was a homemaker and had been a babysitter for many Woodville children and also a recess aide at Solomon Lutheran School. She was a member of Solomon Lutheran Church of Woodville, OH and its women of the church. Harriet was noted for being an excellent cook and in her spare time enjoyed quilting, doing ceramics and sewing.

Harriet is survived by her husband, Donald; sons, Michael Bosse of Woodville, Jim (Kathy) Bosse of Tiffin, OH; granddaughters, Kendra Bosse and Olivia Bosse both of Tiffin; brothers, Jimmie (Tina) Gunter and Donald (Ryoko) Gunter both of GA.; and sister, Lucille Henderson of GA. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Henry, twin brother, Harold and sisters: Alice and Mary.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 from 5-8 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home, 201 West Main Street Woodville, OH. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 11 AM from Solomon Lutheran Church, Woodville, OH where there will be additional visitation from 10 AM until time of services. Officiating will be Pastor Holli Burkard. Interment will be in Pemberville Cemetery, Pemberville, OH. There will be a bereavement luncheon served immediately following the cemetery committal services at the church.

Consideration for memorial contributions are Solomon Lutheran School, Genoa Retirement Village, Hospice of Northwest Ohio and the American Alzheimer's Association.
