Harry Frisbee was called to his eternal home in heaven by his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on May 8, 2018.
Harry was born on September 24, 1938, to James and Enid Frisbee. He grew up on the ranch at New Haven, Wyoming along with his three siblings; sisters, Gladys Clark and Betty Cundy, and brother, Jim Frisbee.
Harry served his country by volunteering for the draft in 1961. After a very adventurous trip across the ocean by ship, he arrived at his assigned port in Germany. He was called home early due to his father's illness.
Life's journey found him in Colorado Springs where he married his wife Clara. He accepted an extra package with this marriage, as Clara had two children, Robert and Renee Owen. Harry was blessed with two additional sons, Randall and Raymond. His stepchildren, Robert and Renee were never stepchildren to him, as he always treated them as his own.
Harry was an over the road truck driver and drove in nearly every state in the union. He drove truck until he settled down in Colorado Springs and later retired from Hewlett Packard. While working at Hewlett Packard, he built his family home.
Harry loved to spend time in his wood shop where he made all kinds of things. He liked to spend time at the fishing hole, as well as hunting and camping.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Enid Frisbee and sister, Gladys Clark. He leaves behind his wife, Clara, three sons, Robert, Randall, and Raymond, a daughter Renee (Dave) Lacey, four grandchildren, Amber (Taylor) Carberry, Zach Lacey and his fiancee, April Gibson, Kyle Frisbee, Adrienne Frisbee, and three great-grandchildren, Trystin, Annabelle and Deklen Carberry.
Visitation will take place Sunday, May 13, 2018, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs. A Celebration of Life, is scheduled for Monday, May 14, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at the Spring Valley Chapel followed by the burial at Spring Valley Cemetery.
