Im going to miss my Grandpa so much. I was Blessed to have him in my life for 44 years. On the outside he pretended to be a growling bear, but I learned at an early age he was all Growl and I would just Growl back. :) He will always hold a special place in my heart.

Love his Granddaughter,
Carrie

Maxine, so sorry to hear of your husbands passing. I see he was one of the "Greatest General". Because of many many young men just like him, we are free, they sailed across the Atlantic to help England in her time of need. I am forever grateful and thankful for men like him. God Bless you and your family.
