Heide Sayles Obituary

Heide Maria Sayles, a resident of Colorado Springs since 1972, passed away January 9, 2009 at Memorial Hospital with her husband, Jerry at her side. Heide was born on Aug 1, 1940 in Burmoos, Austria. She is the daughter of Maria and Alexander Schwarz. Heide had worked at many local major hotel chains and had been active in several bowling leagues in Colorado Springs. She loved to travel and had spent much of her time visiting many areas of the United States along with many trips to her homeland of Austria. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, neighbor and friend to anyone she ever met. She will be missed immensely by her family and many friends. In addition to her husband Jerry, and her parents, who still reside in Austria, Heide is survived by her son Christian Bauer from Frisco, TX; her daughters Diana Boggs from Springfield, MO and Bianca Beinlich from Peyton CO; her sister Helga Heyda from Mission Viejo, CA; her eight grandchildren as well as her two nieces in California. Final services will be held for Heide in her homeland of Austria.
