Helen Neel Obituary

Helen was born on Sept. 26, 1916, to Ernest and Rhea Foster in Great Falls, Montana the second of four girls. She married John S. (Jack) Neel on September 3, 1943 and they raised wight children while Jack served in the Air Force retiring in Colorado Springs in 1965. They owned Individual Interiors for 10 years then moved back to Great Falls. She was a member of ASID and NSID and led the neighborhood renewal effort in Great Falls for many years. Her survivors include a sister, Marjorie McMahon; children Brook, John, Casey, Nancy Bullis, Robin, Megan Back and Holly and grandchildren Cameron Neel, Leah Neel, Hameed Abbasi and Katy Back. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack; a sister, Nancy Foster Carr Jones; and a daughter, Katy Neel Abbasi.
