Herbert Tinsley Obituary
Served in the Navy.
Retired from the Colorado Springs Police Department after 27 years. Worked for the El Paso County Sheriffs Department for 7 years.
Survived by his wife, Miriam; 3 children; 5 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
He will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
