Hilda Relaford Obituary

Hilda I. Relaford, age 87, a long time resident of Colorado Springs, passed away on May 31, 2007, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Hilda was born December 10, 1919 at Center, Colorado, a daughter of the late, David Ross and Lillie Josephine Anderson Martin. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. Hilda's favorite hobbies were sewing and beadwork. She also loved to travel. Hilda was also preceded in death by her husband, William Arley Relaford, two children, Richard Eugene and Lillie Belle, a brother, Harold and a sister, Mary. She is survived by twelve children, Donald Relaford of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, Edna May (John) Skaggs of Floral City, Florida, Marion (Fred) Garner of Pueblo West, Colorado, Alice (Jim) LaBonte of Stockton, California, Norman L. Relaford of Colorado Springs, Arley Thomas Relaford of Livingston, Montana, Marvin (Barbara) Relaford, Stanley R. Relaford, William R. Relaford, Sharon (Michael) Sintas, Harold Karl (Jeanette) Relaford all of Colorado Springs, Hilda Carol Zoll of Brooksfield, Florida. Mrs. Relaford is also survived by a brother, Floyd Martin, four sisters, Gladys, Josephine, Leona, and Louise, thirty-one grand children, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at Blunt Mortuary 2229 West Colorado Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday June 6, 2007 at Blunt Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
