Irleen Louise Snow passed away in her home at the age of 100 on October 16th, 2022. She was born to Herman and Augusta Laue on the family farm outside of Greenleaf, Kansas on September 7th, 1922. Mom was married to CWO Raymond Snow in 1948 and had son Raymond Jr. in 1952 followed by son Michael in 1955. In 1958 Dad retired from the army and they built a house on Condor Street in Colorado Springs where her youngest child, Charles, was born in 1962. Mom loved making Christmas decorations, playing piano, bowling, and playing tennis. She volunteered at ESM for over 25 years and worked for many years at The Arati Gallery in Old Colorado City. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Martin, Herman Jr., and Eldon, her sisters Rose Marie, Irma, and Lois, and her son Raymond Jr. She is survived by her sons Charles and Michael Snow of Colorado Springs and her grandchildren Bonnie Daman and Matthew Snow of Texas, and their children. The family is asking for any donations to be made in her name to Immanuel Lutheran Church 846 E. Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs, CO., 80903.

I grew up on Codor St next door to the Snow family. Mrs Snow was always kind and caring. She lived a long and generous life. My condolences to tha Snow family.
