What a loss. First met Jackie when she was the real boss of the local USPA& IRA office (a financial planning service, now First Command). What a talent !! She kept that office humming. As a client, she always kept me straight too. Great personality, super smile, and infectious enthusiasm. A real talent. She will be missed very much. Sincere condolences to Jackie's family.
