Jade Augistine Minneman August 25, 1994 - July 29, 2001 Happy Birthday to our beautiful little girl. Today you and Blake turn 14. Today we should have been waking up to the sound of the both of you screaming "Happy Birthday" to each other. Today we should have been hearing the sound of two teenagers running up and down the hallway. Today we should have been smothering the both of you with hugs, kisses, gifts and cake. But today your not here, and we are missing you so much. I wonder if you are wearing lip gloss. I wonder if you highlight your hair. I wonder if you have pictures of Michael Phelps hanging around. I wonder what your friends are like. So many things to wonder... We talk about you every day - so much that sometimes it feels like you're still here. We look for signs to see if you are thinking of us too (The yellow butterflies are just beautiful and the clouds are breathtaking). We wish you a Happy Birthday and we send you all of our love. We'll sing you "Happy Birthday" and blow out the pink candles on your chocolate cake. We'll leave you messages in your treasure box and, as always, we'll see you in our dreams. Past the moon, past the stars, to the end of the sky and back ... Love you more, Daddy, Maya, Blake and Momma
