James Arellano Obituary

October 10, 1949 - June 21, 2008. James was born October 10, 1949 in Chama, Colorado. James, a loving person, was a barber at the Air Force Academy Community Center for over 33 years. He is survived by his family of two brothers, five sisters; his live with family, Gene Romero and son, Dustin Romero; and many nieces and nephews. A Rosary will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 27 at St. Joseph Catholic Church Southgate, 1830 S. Corona Ave. A Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 30 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Chama, Colorado. There will be private interment.

Gene and Dustin,
I was so sad to hear the news about James. He is resting now with no struggles, just peace.
I will miss his warm smile and his friendship.
I hope all your wonderful memories of James will help you though this difficult time.

Gene and Dustin,
I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I did not know James well, but have talked to him occassionaly. I have heard some awesome stories about James and how much of a nice guy he was. He would help anyone, any time, any way that he could.
Keep James memory in your hearts and he will forever be with you. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys and James' family.
