I was sorry to hear that Jim had passed. I worked with Jim in the 1980s at Hewlett-Packard as he helped us evaluate our products to see if they met quality standards. Jim had a way of brightening up our day with his humor and friendly smile. I always felt comfortable with Jim. In my mind, I can still see his bright, friendly smile. He will be missed.
