James Bradley Obituary

1st Sergent, US Army Retired Born to Barzel and Georgia (Watson) Bradley in Burnt Corn County, Alabama Preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister. Survived by his wife Erna (Lina), 1 brother and 4 sisters; 3 sons Marquett, Alfred and Manfred; 3 daughters Luise, Jackie, and Patricia, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. James has lived in the Pikes Peak region and Colo Spgs area since 1960. He proudly served his country during WWII, later in Germany and Korea attaining the rank of 1st Sgt. He retired from military service in 1966 and went to work for Sears for 17 yrs and finally called it quits in 1983. Never fully retiring, he continued to do volunteer work for the county. After finally retiring, he enjoyed the REA with his retired buddies. James was a man who enjoyed his time around his home, always keeping his house and yard immaculate. He also enjoyed his family in his later years, always having barbeques during summer months. James will be sorely missed by all the lives he touched. God Bless James in Eternal Life.
