Jim and I served together for seven years. Guided Missile School, Guided Missile Unit 55, Naval Academy Prep School and the U. S. Naval Academy. He was a good friend and a great sailor. Fair winds and a following sea. Barry Relinger.

My Uncle Jim will be genuinely missed by all who knew and loved him. A smart, generous, hospitable man with a great sense of humor, who rose from humble beginnings to accomplish much. Always a good person to me and my family. Rest in peace, dear Uncle, in His everlasting arms.
