James Foster Obituary
He was a wonderful son, a father, brother, uncle and friend.
James Edward Foster, Jr. was born on May 20, 1958 in Cannstatt, West Germany to James E. and Lillian Margaret (Crook) Foster, Sr. He was a 1976 graduate of Harrison High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He worked for the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, was a Maintenance Technician for Colorado Springs School District 11, worked for the Olympic Training Center, Silver Key Senior Services, Volunteers of America in both Colorado Springs and Montrose, as well as had a private business as a Home Inspector.
He loved fishing and his beloved family.
He is survived by his father, James (Elsie) Foster, Sr. of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his mother, Lillian Margaret (Crook) Foster, Sr., of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his son, Jeffery (Sabrina) Foster and their daughter Allie of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his three sisters, Rita (Jim) Carbaugh of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Connie (John) Baker of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Pamela Foster of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Memorial Service, 3:00PM, Friday, March 18, 2016, at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
Memorials may be made to the family or to Compassus Hospice.
