James Yelta Glorie was born August 29,1944 in Oneida NY to Eelke and Mary Glorie. He was the second of 5 children. He grew up on a dairy farm in Warwick N.Y. In the 10th grade he met the love of his life Marion (Cossentino) Glorie. They married November 1964 and recently celebrated 59 years of marriage. He had a 25 year career at IBM. Jim had 3 daughters, Dana (Frank), Pamela and Michelle (David). James was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. His family was his world. His 3 grandchildren Benjamin, Samantha and Serena were the light of his life. Their "Baba" will be forever loved and missed.

Jimmy was definitely the best of the best, anyone who knew him knows what I am talking about! You were the definition of what a true man was place on earth by God to be! I loved having you as a brother in law and friend and I will miss you with all my heart.....God has reclaimed his earth angel, till we all meet again

Thoughts are with you on this tremendous loss. What a wonderful testiment to James Glorie’s dedication and Love for such a beautiful family he raised. He is in the Greatest hands until you all re-unite in Gods loving Grace. May peace be upon him in rest. Your Family will always be held in our hearts at the Hotel Bar at the Broadmoor. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family with us.
