James Grimes Obituary

James O. Grimes, age 64, passed away on March 13, 2007 in Denver, Colorado. James was born on June 4, 1942 in Xenia, Ohio the son of Jim Wilson and Mary Elizabeth Grimes. James was a Vietnam Veteran served his country for over 20 years in the U. S. Air Force retiring in 1980. He worked for Rocky Mountain Records Managers in furniture installation until the time of his death. James also loved fixing computers, actually fixing anything, cars. If someone needed something fixed they called James. He was a resident of the area for over 27 years. James was married to Boonlaigh in Thailand. He is survived by his wife Boonlaigh of Colorado Springs; two children, Gary Grimes and Jeannine (Mario) Gonzalez all of Colorado Springs; and four grandchildren, Chaylynn Shurn, Savannah Gonzalez, Amanda Gonzalez and Monique Gonzalez. He is preceded in death by a daughter Patricia Ann Grimes. Visitation will be on Monday, March 19, 2007 from 9:00 am-8:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd. Services will be on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
