I have known Jim for about 25 years. I met him that many years ago when I was a student at LI University. He had just started his job in Radiological Sciences as dept head. Since then, even though life took us in different directions, we remained good friends. He was one of the most stand-up guys I have known and was proud to call him my friend and I loved him. His death came as an awful shock and I am truly devastated.
I am sorry Jim not to have been there for your funeral. Know I will always be thinking of your giving heart, your whimsical sense of humor, and your ear for music. I know you'll be playing a piano gig in Heaven and cracking jokes. Keep the keys in tune, Jimbo...I'll sing the saloon songs when I get there as you play.

Rest in peace dear friend. I'll always treasure our friendship and the time shared together. A true gentleman in a class by yourself.

So saddened to have learned today of Jim's untimely death. What a tremendous loss for his family and friends; both new and old. We will always remember Jim for his kind heart and beautiful soul.

How sad I am to loose a dear friend, fellow musician and a person whom I have worked with closely for many years. Jim was a wonderful man who touched so many people's lives in so many ways. He had a wonderful sense of humor and never had a cross word to say about anyone. He was a dedicated son and took such good care of his parents,as he also did with his family and friends. I am so proud to have called him a very close and special friend. My life has been truly enriched by knowing this gentle, sweet, loving man. Rest in peace dear friend. My thoughts and prayers are with all Jim's family.
