Bo,

Not a day goes by that we don't think of you and miss you. Whenever we speak of you, which in our famiy is often, it always brings a smile to our faces and we can't help but laugh. That is because one of your greatest gifts to us, and to everyone who knew you, was your wonrder sense of humor, and the fact that you could always be the butt of our jokes and laugh right along with us. That is probably what we miss the most about you Bo, your wonderful smile, your great laugh, your special sense of humor, and your incredibly big heart. We see you every day in the pictures of you, Linda and the girls, and with us on the many wonderful, happy vacations we took together. They are all over our house just as they always have been and always will be. We love you and miss you so very much! Rest in peace our dearly beloved cousin, uncle and friend!

How I miss you so very much. I think about you moment to moment Jim. You were a big part of my life and I cannot put in words how much I'd like to hug you now and tell you how much I love you. Brother Rich

Dearest Linda, Nikki and Sammi,

We all loved my brother "BO" from the depths of our hearts and souls. I don't think I realized how much Jim loved me and my wife Jan; Jim held a lot of these emotions and feelings inside of himself. I know that throughout his life I always cherished my brother's company, conversations and kind words. Jim was a very compassionate man. He loved life and had a deep affection for you and his extended family and friends. Bo touched the lives of hundreds; he lived a life of goodness; he spoke the words of kindness and will always be a part of us. Our Love Always, Rich & Jan

Dear Nikki, Sammi & Linda:

We loved Bo so very much! He was one of the best friends we had. He was family, of course, but a great friend that we will greatly miss. All our days will be less bright but there will be an extra bright star in heaven. You are in our prayers and will always be in our hearts and mind. We are only a phone call away if you need us!

Linda, Nikki, and Samantha,

We have such happy memories of your husband and father. Jim was always smiling and friendly. One spring day, he was kind enough to bring a broom and help us get a wind-up air plane out of your neighbor's tree. He was consistently proud of his wonderful daughters. Jim and Linda were such a great couple; it was just fun to see them together. We so enjoyed his sharing travel tips and happy memories of Italy. Jim will be greatly missed. May God be with you during this painful time.

Everyone knew him as Bo, but few of us ever knew his real name was Jim. He was old, bald and slow. He was usually among the last players chosen when Chris and Will picked teams, but he always came to the gym with a smile and easy-going manner. He had a semi-reliable little push shot, and there were times when he might even make a slow motion drive to the basket to shoot a scooping baby lay-up. The mid-day, pick-up basketball games at the YMCA will continue and the years Bo spent playing will eventually be lost in the passing of time. His family at home probably knew little about his casual relationships with a cast of revolving teammates in his "Y" games. But what his family should know is that he was a pleasant and welcome face to an eclectic assortment of guys who regularly come to the "Y" from all walks of life. We know each other by nicknames and we play a boy's game with a shared joy. The YMCA is our common ground and Bo was one of the boys. R.I.P.

The first time we met Jim, Linda & Sammi was on the softball field. What a wonderful coach and friend Jim turned out to be. He lived and embraced life with such ethusiasm; his spirit and positvie outlook in life was so contagious. He loved his family and friends unconditionally. The world will be a little less joyful without Jim. May God bless and keep his family...

Sincerely and with love,

Terry, Glenn, Camille, and Traci
