James Ryan Obituary

James Daniel Ryan (1932 - 2017), died on June 10, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

After serving in the U.S. Air Force as a pilot, Jim enjoyed a successful sales career in printing, from which he retired and relocated to Colorado.

He remained a lifelong inventor and entrepreneur. Jim's love of nature, camping, cooking and travel helped build his large family of friends, whom he cherished.

Jim delighted in sharing "his Colorado" tour, guiding many visitors over the years. His humor and shenanigans made Jim unforgettable to anyone who had the opportunity to know him.

Jim was preceded in death by his brother, Robert J. Ryan and sister, Rosemary C. (Ryan) Dobmeier.

He is survived by his brother, retired Capt. Philip J. Ryan, along with many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held, 10:30AM, Friday, August 25, 2017 at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80235.
