Jane Marshall Hecox is survived by her husband, Larry. They were married 69 years. They have one daughter, Cynthia Johnson and two grandchilden. Her grandson, Matthew Johnson, is a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He is married to Lauren and has three children, Emmalyn, Jace, and Isabelle. Her granddaughter, Margy Riggle and her husband, Corey, have four children, Grace, Charlotte, Evelyn, and Jackson. Jane grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Banning, California. She moved to Denver for high school at Kent School For Girls. She attended Smith College, Bradford Junior College, and University of Colorado. She worked as a gradeschool teacher, housewife, and mother. She was a member of the Broadmoor Garden Club and she loved tennis. However, golf was her favorite sport. She was proficient in the rules of golf and served on numerous golf Tournament Rules Committees. Services will be held at Chapel of Our Savior at 2 p.m. on 24 January, 2024 followed by a reception.

Being 3 years older than I, Jane was my favorite cousin and one I always looked up to growing up in Tulsa. I was saddened to learn of her passing and Russ and I send love and condolences to Larry and Cindy.
