Janet Seidl Obituary

Jan was born in Charles City, Iowa, on January 30, 1939. She moved to Colorado in 1947. Once she moved to Colorado, she lived here all but about one year. She is survived by her wonderful husband, Jerry; three sons, Randy (Debra K) Carneal, Craig (Debra S) Carneal, and Jerry Keith Seidl; and one daughter, Traci Lynn Slade. She was blessed with 11 grandchildren: Val( Brandon) Dyster, Jeff Davis, Brandi (Paul) Krupp, Ryan (Jordane) Slade, Brittani Slade (Travis), Daniel Carneal (Lori), Jacob Carneal, Elizabeth Carneal, Christopher Carneal, Katrina Bailey (Kevin), and Allison Seidl. She was also blessed with 7 great-grandchildren, with number 8 on the way. They are: Dylan Johnson, Aydon Dyster, Kevin Krupp, Thomas Krupp, Lucas Krupp, Landon Lamb, and Carly Carneal. She has two sisters, Paula Litchfield, and Karen Cox, and one brother, Terry Simerson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, Pauline and Earl Simerson; grandparents, Bert and Iva Meloy, Tom and Mary Allison, Grandson David Bacon; and granddaughter, Virginia Carneal. Visitation will be held on June 3rd, at Angelus Funeral Directors from 4 - 7 PM, Funeral Service June 4th, 11 AM at Angelus Funeral Directors, 1104. S. Circle Drive. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pikes Peak Hospice or American Cancer Society. She loved her church, so donations to Restored Hope will also be appreciated.
