I can't believe so much time has passed since we lost Janice. I will never forget her. I know she is with family up there with the Lord. The death of one who belongs to Him is precious to Him, even though it is a devastating loss to us. We will all see her again. This life is so temporary. How joyful it will be to see our loved ones when the time comes! Love and peace to her earthly family.

I was sadden to find out that my long time friend had left us. It was on June 25th when I could not reach her by her home phone or cell phone and right away, I knew something was not right. I came home and googled her name and found her beautiful smiling face in the obituary. Too sad, but I know she has gone on to a better place. Miss you Janice. We will all see you again one day and what a joy that will be. Love you Always, your friend Terry.

I miss you so much it hurts. Really hurts! I never thought that I would be taking life's journey without you but I will strong for you my dearest sister! My world has forever changed but our memories will always be ours...Until we are together again, smile...smile, my twin. You, Mom, Dad, Laura and Steve are together and one day we will all be our family unit again. I will always love and miss YOU. I'm not saying goodbye but saying you will always be in my heart, every day until we're together again. Until then, I will try to exist here without you...I'll do my best, for you Janice.

There are not many people that I count as true friends and I am pleased to say that Janice was one of them. She had wisdom, humor, a great smile and a generally positive attitude. We worked together at Deluxe in Greensboro and boy, did she teach me a lot. Janice 'kept it real' and taught me how to do the same. I'm saddened at her passing and can not imagine the sadness her family is feeling.

I'll miss my friend. God bless her soul.

Alpha

I can't express to you how much sorrow I am feeling for your loss. I wait for her phone call each morning on my ride to work...what are you doing? I'll miss her asking me constantly for my secret to my recipe of my barbecue sauce. The secret was I never used a recipe. I just added whatever I wanted to taste. She loved learning how to make my ribs, deep fried turkey rub and my mac & cheese. She enjoyed her food. She was my surrogate sister after I lost my own. I want to thank your family. You guys raised a phenomenal woman. She was a wonderful person & friend to us all here in NC for the last 25 years. I will never find another person to call me a "sorry tramp" with so much love & conviction at the same time. I will miss her deeply.

We were children when we met. Families cared for all of us and watched us grow. You grew into a beautiful young woman who went out into the world to see what life had in store. You will be missed but now you have gone home.

Dear Janice, you were not just my best friend, you were my sister and to my children, you were Auntie Jan Jan. I love you so much and miss you dearly. God gifted me a blessing to have known you. It takes several lifetimes to find such a true friend/sister who keeps it real no matter who or what the situation is. You are forever in my heart and my angel. My condolences to the Noel family and friends. Janice was such a jewel to us and I know she was with her family as well. Shine bright like the rare diamond you are Janice. Forever and always, your sister, Regina Keranen. Love you more!!!

Janice will always have a place in my heart. Her smile, the laughter, always trying to win a dispute over a plate of ribs (!) - and just her kind soul. To the Noel family - my heart hurts for you but I know the memories of her in your lives will always remain. Janice was an angel given to us and now is watching over us. Find peace in the memories of her - and in the new memories your family will make.

I can't believe Janice is gone. She was a beautiful person. I know this is a huge blow to the remaining family, you have already faced so much grief over the years. I will remember Janice as a pistol, so full of life and laughter. Janice, say hello to my Shannon up there. He'll be the one playing the guitar and making heavenly music. And Janice, look down on your family and help them to be strong until the day they will see you again.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
