Dear Brig and Val,
Your mother was always very sweet to me, especially when I didn't deserve it. Maybe she knew that most teenage boys are idiots and forgave me for it, or maybe she was just that patient and kind. Either way, I always felt very welcome in your home. I'm sorry for the loss your family has experienced, she will be missed dearly, I'm sure.

Dear Brigitte and Valerie and Families, I was shocked and deeply saddened at the news of your dear Mother's death. What a lovely and classy lady she was. I was greatly honored to call her my friend, and I always appreciated her willingness to adjust her schedule to fit mine, as I was one of her last clients. Please know that I will always hold Michele in my heart, and will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. With love and deepest sympathy, Sharon Schofield
