Jauni Reader-Rice Obituary

Jauni Rae Reader-Rice was born in Long Beach, California on November 21, 1969, and after a long illness, passed away at home peacefully with her family at her side on March 10, 2007. For many years she was an excellent property manager as her occupation. She is survived by her husband Damian, her sons Jacob and Wyatt, brother Rich, Jr., and sister Leslie, father Richard, mother Paula, grandmothers May and Gerry, and numerous extended family. The memorial service will be held at Northeast Bible Chapel, 1722 North McArthur, Saturday, March 17, 2007, 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the family's needs. Gifts may be sent to Mae Reader at 2725 Cibola Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80917

Jauni..Its been awhile since Ive been able to talk with you, I lost track and couldn't find you in cali...I did look for you, now I find you and you're gone. I just want you to know that through it all I really appreciated you, your friendship and what you and Damian did for me in '97. Hi Jauni I really didn't rember you but you were really good friends with my mother and she has told me many great stories about you about when we went camping or we went swimming my mom and you were perfect for each other the same good heart the same strong mentality and I am glad you are not suffering anymore you are greatly missed and extremely loved.

Mom,
i really don't know what to say. it hasn't fully sank into me that your gone. you were the greatest person i ever knew. i mean heck, you brought me into the world. it's going to be really hard knowing your not here anymore. when i got the news at work, i was hurting. i didn't want to show it but i was. don't worry mom, i'll stay strong. and no matter what, i'm going to be here for wyatt. i'm not leaving him at all. i just want you to know that you are greatly missed down here. i know that your home now and not in any pain. say hi to mr. harrison for me and enjoy it up there. i'll be back with you eventually. i know that your always with me. i love you mom!

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Jauni and I went to Jr High and High School together; she always had such a fun and loving spirit and I am so sorry to be writing this. Jauni will be missed by all who knew her.
