Jean Marie (Boursaw) Donoghue passed away peacefully at home on December 16, 2014 with her husband, Donald, at her side.
Jean was born in Escanoba, MI and with her family, relocated to Detroit, graduating from Southeastern High School in 1949. She married her high school sweetheart Donald Donoghue on November 24, 1951.
Jean worked most recently at B of A Rossmoor and retired from Commercial Center Bank in Walnut Creek in 1996. Jean was a wonderful homemaker and hostess, and loved family gatherings and holidays. Her kind and generous spirit will be missed by all who knew her.
Jean is survived by her husband Don and four children; Dan Donoghue (Valerie), Mary Anne Hendricks, Nancy Burger (Keith), and Susan Schillings (Jeff), and eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family acknowledges the care of Angles Hospice, who provived comfort for Jean. the family would welcome donations in her name to Angels Hospice. .
