Jean Ann Miles
November 25, 1941 - November 8, 2017
Jean was born in Tichnor, Arkansas on November 25, 1941. She moved with her family to Bisbee, Arizona in 1947, where her father and two brothers worked in the copper mines.
She is survived by her husband, George Miles, a retired Sergeant Major, whom she married in Arizona in 1957. They recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They had two sons, Steven who is employed with a law firm in New York City, and Michael (Kim Messamore) who is retired from the Colorado Department of Corrections. Along with her husband and sons, Jean is survived by her grandchildren: Halie, Dalton, and Peyton; and great granddaughter, Kennedy. She was preceded in death by her mother, Addie Duncan; and father, Walton.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910. Private interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
