Jeanne Johnson Kerr

Jeanne Kerr Obituary

Jeanne Johnson Kerr peacefully passed away on March 16, 2007 in Colorado Springs. Born January 8, 1924 in Fargo, North Dakota, she had two long marriages; the first to Richard Petritz and the second to Don Kerr. Wherever she lived, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Dallas, Virginia, St. Thomas, or Florida, she participated in several volunteer organizations and the Methodist Church. She traveled extensively, was a great cook, an avid reader and sports fan and always a loyal friend. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her friends and family especially her grandchildren, Dylan and Madeleine Cooper of Colorado Springs and Aubrey and Galen Kerr of Denver. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Cooper and son-in-law, Jeff and step children Larry, Robert and Barbara Kerr. We all love and miss this gracious lady and loving friend, wife, mother and grandmother.
