Jeff "Woody" Woodruff Sr., 53, of Peyton, Colorado, passed away unexpectedly on June 1, 2025.
He is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Lauren, Hannah, and Payton, who were the light of his life. Jeff is also survived by his wife of 23 years Robin, his parents, Cecelia and William of Tucson, Arizona; his siblings—Bryan (Lisa) of Redmond, Washington, David of Oro Valley, Arizona, and Kathleen Esguerra of Vail, Arizona. He was a proud grandfather to four grandchildren and a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Jeff was preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Woodruff Jr., whose memory he carried with him always.
A passionate outdoorsman, Jeff found joy in running and hiking Colorado's 14ers. He was known for his sharp sense of humor, his love of playful scares, and his deep affection for Mr. Mitchell craft beer. Above all, Jeff will be remembered for the unwavering love he had for his daughters.
For the past decade, Jeff served as Manager of Quality Assurance at ENT, where he was respected for his dedication and leadership.
Jeff will take one final hike alongside his brother and best friend, David, and his close friend, Wes—an adventure befitting the spirit of a man who lived life with heart, humor, and a love for the mountains.

Jeff was definitely a ball buster but a very kind friend. Our relationship was at the rec center. Always engaged everybody with kindness and an open heart. Loved hearing him talk of his running hiking adventures. He was also very good listener make you feel Good and he would ease your troubles with his sense of humor. Me, Sarah and Arwen will truly miss a good friend such as Jeff.
