Jeffery Page MacDonald, age 69, passed away Tuesday October 19, 2021. He was born at Fort Lee, Virginia while his father was serving in the Army; he came to Colorado Springs in 1966.
He was a master metal fabricator and master machinist, having retired from Springs Fabrication. He was an avid big game hunter, fly fisherman and overall outdoorsman. He passed on the love of these passions to his family.
Jeff was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Franklin Harding MacDonald, and his mother Audrey Jean Kalmbacher MacDonald.
He is survived by his wife Beth Rozette Kehl whom he married on June 15, 1974. Jeff is also survived by his daughters: Jennifer Ann Stroessner; Linda Jean (Lee) Donelson; Michelle Kathryn MacDonald; his grandchildren Sean Michael Whisman; Tyler James MacDonald; Ashley Rozette Stroessner; Austin Lee and Reigna Venissa Donelson; his sisters Suzanne (Patrick) McNelly; Karen (Timothy) Barry and Theresa (Troy) Jergens; his brothers-in-law Jeffery (Anita) Kehl and Douglas (Teresa) Kehl; and many nieces and nephews.
Private services will be at Evergreen Funeral Home on Mon. Nov 1st at 1 p.m. followed by open attendance at the interment at Evergreen Cemetery at 2 p.m.

I was acquainted with Jeff through Hickman Rifles. where Jeff was a friend of the owner. I would help out sometimes and spent time with Jeff when owner had to be away on other business. I also accompanied Jeff to many gun shows in Denver with the owner of Hickman Rifles. During these times I got to know Jeff and learned the character and traits he had which made him a great husband and father and family man. I will miss Jeff and offer my deepest condolences to his family and friends.
