Jeffrey Lynn Goodwin, 63, died Jan. 10,2022, in Colorado Springs, CO, surrounded by his family. Jeff was born in Ada, OK on Feb. 13, 1958 to Donald and Barbara Goodwin. The family moved to Colorado Springs in 1970 and he graduated from Coronado High School in 1976. He was a lifelong Christian. He was married to Valinda Zorn for 43 years and they had 4 children. They have been the owners of Bud's Muffler since 1986. He was known for storytelling and enjoyed many hobbies including stargazing and fly fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, his four children, Janina (Jason Karoub), Jeffrey (Desirae), Mary Lou McGraw (Chris), Charles, two adorable grandchildren, and four siblings.
A service will be held on Fri. January 28 at 1 pm at Rocky Mountain Calvary. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Preschool, 3010 W. Bijou St., 80904.

I worked with Jeff in the late 70's and early 80's during a VERY troubled time in my life.Jeff,along with his gut-busting humor,and interesting stories,really shared Alot of things about the bible and about Jesus's plan for my life,and is one of the people who truly inspired me in the direction of the Gospel! I continue to this day in ministry,with many thanks for Jeff being a part of my life!I send my heartiest condolences to his family and friends!His stories,his laugh,and his live of life will be VERY missed by many!Goodbye,old friend!
