With heartfelt sorrow, we share the passing of a beautiful soul and our beloved son, Jeremy Paul Haley, age 44 who passed away in Colorado Springs on Sunday, January 23, 2022 due to complications from a recent illness.
Jeremy was born on November 5, 1977 in Albuquerque, New Mexico at 4 pounds 4 ounces, to Cheryl McDermott-Hall and Duane Haley.
Jeremy spent most of his life in Colorado Springs. He attended Harrison High school. He loved his work as an electrician & belonged to IBEW Labor Union.
Jeremy's favorite loves were his family, friends, food, sports, music & dogs. He was a proud Father & Grandfather who loved his Sons & Granddaughters greatly. He enjoyed spending time with his friends. He enjoyed cooking, especially Mexican food. He enjoyed wrestling & playing baseball in his younger days. He was a huge Denver Broncos, Nuggets & Rockies fan and wore his gear proudly. He preferred west coast rap, hip hop & rock but also dabbled in a little new country/rock & he could sing every lyric of any genres. He loved all dogs no matter how big or how small. Jeremy would want all of us to remember the good times, celebrate the special memories and the time we had with him, in whatever way gives you peace.
Jeremy is survived by his Mother, Cheryl McDermott-Hall & Stepfather, Steve Hall of Oregon; Father, Duane Haley; Sister, Mackenzie Feeney (Patrick); Sons, Aiden Haley & Julian Martinez (Ariel); Granddaughters, Abryana & Alana; Grandparents, Andy & Norma McDermott; all of Colorado. Uncles: Craig (Sally), Scott, Dennis (Marna), Dave (Phyllis). Aunts: Donna (Neil), Diane (Bill), Delores (Lyle) their families and numerous cousins, on both sides of his family.
Jeremy will be missed by so many that cared about him. He would want us to thank you all for the time you spent together. Notification of a service will follow at a later date, when it is safer to gather. You may express condolences on Jeremy Haley's Facebook wall. Donations may be made to American Diabetes Association in Jeremy's name.

I was today years old learning of Jeremy's passing. I am heartbroken. I knew Jeremy from Pikes Peak Elementary and Harrison High School. I remember days of listening to that darn RAP music and wishing the Denver Broncos would win the Super Bowl. I remember Jeremy the most because he would walk me home from school and make sure I was home safely. In turn, I would help him with his homework. I will NEVER forget that act of kindness shown to me.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. And may the sweet memories of Jeremy remain. God's blessings to the entire family.

I remember the strong, happy, helpful Jeremy that came to Durango and worked for his Uncle Dave and helped me move my insurance office. He came to my rescue whenever I needed help with something and he made me laugh all the time. He will forever be in our hearts. To Jeremy, I love you Neph, I will always love you and miss you!

What can I say? I'm devastated and Heart Broken over Jeremy's passing. I've known him since he was a young boy. Stayed with my family off and on for years. I really Cared for Jeremy. I could go on, but it's a long Loving Chapter with many Memories. Condolences to his Family. Rest in Peace my little Jeremy.

I want to say to all how much sorrow it brings to me that Jeremy is gone,our oldest child now 22 is lost without his father,but he has had the great opportunity to have spent alot of rime with him as he has gotton older,we will all miss him very much and will always have him in our hearts,god bless you,and may peace be with you.love always Melissa.
