Jerrold Young Obituary
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies, http://www.goldenrescue.com/gift-in-memory-honor
The funeral will be held at 11am Saturday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5375 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. A private commitment ceremony for the family will be held the following week.

Blake was a wonderful friend. Many pleasant rounds of golf here in Colorado where he was generally the Medalist in our 4 some as he was in his life.

Blake played golf with a number of different golfers at the Four Mile Golf Club. I speak for all of those. We are numbed by the news of Blake's passing and there will be a void in our hearts forever. I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to know Blake and play golf with him. What a gentle man.
