Joan was a wonderful teacher in the Head Start program and worked for CPCD for a number of years. We used to laugh that the many children she taught often took on an English accent at times. She will be missed.

Anne,
My family and I were so saddened by the loss of your mom. I used to write the Head Start newsletter for Joan's class! Joan and Larry were wonderful people. You and I met one time during a class party and it was a pleasure. I tried to find Joan when I lived in the Springs, but had no luck. Please know that both Joan and Larry will always be watching over their baby girl! Prayers and blessings to you. Sincerely, E. Bryant and family.
