Oh my, -- it has been a long time. Joann and I worked together at "Colorado Springs Medical Center" on Leyman Dr.--the precursor for C/S' Health Partners pc. She was always upbeat and fun to be with. I remember her going out to run up and down the street, even after a long day in the care of those little babies. Also her obvious love for her Savior, Jesus Christ is memorable. We shared a close kinship in that respect also. I know she is with Him now -- I'm looking forward to seeing her there. For her family; I know a lot about losing someone precious also, but the time is VERY short and we will be seeing those loved ones.

Joann was a great friend, mentor, encourager, Christian witness, and confidant. I send my sympathy to her family and all who will be missing her. What a great loss.

Our whole family received medical care from Joann. She cared for my daughter when she was seriously ill. She took care of my son when he was growing "crooked." She helped me with my depression and got me back on my feet. She was one in a million, and we will miss her very much. But we know we will see her again one day.

Joann was one of the finest Christian ladies I've ever known. Her witness to the life of Jesus was altogether inspiring and I will never forget her gracious smile.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Morey as a patient. I found her to be a warm and pleasant person. My prayers are with her family and her former co-workers.
