Joe Mark Rodriguez born in San Antonio, TX went to be with our lord on June 20th, 2021. Joe was 71 years old and passed away while at home with his family by his side. He is precedeased by his mother Miriam, his father Joe, and his grandson Xavier Ray. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary. They loved one another with every sense of their being. They were married in San Antonio on December 10, 1972. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Jennifer, Debbie, Paul, Joe, Kayla, Orlando, Victor, Michael, Lolita, Larry. His grandchildren, Johnny Ray, Grayson Drake, Jayden, and Brantley.

Joe is a U.S. Army Vet that served for over 22 1/2 years. During the many years he served, he was best known for being a Vietnam Vet and a recruiter. His greatest accomplishment was his family. He loved them with his whole heart and soul. He instilled his love, hard work ethic, and faith in all of us to carry on.

Joe love to go fishing and taking his boat out, BBQing with family and friends on holidays, Halloween and Christmas being his favorites.

The visitation will be held at Shrine of Remembrance, 1730 E Fountain Blvd, CS 80910 on Wednesday, July 7th, 2021 from 3-5 pm. The mass will be held at St Dominic Catholic Church, 5354 US 85, CS 80911 on Thursday, July 8th, 2021 at 10 am. Pikes Peak National Cemetery following at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the local DAV in honor of Joe Rodriguez.

Condolences for the family may be offered through mail at Shrine of Remembrance.
