I owe him a great deal and will always pray for his blessed soul. He life is just humanly Holy. I do love him so dearly. I just wont forget him and the entire family.

Our family has many fond memories of John B. and the kindness he showed us when he was in Congress.He sure got my vote for President. So sorry for your loss. The Arduino Family.

He was intelligent, dignified, professional, wonderful to work for and kind.

I am very sorry to hear of John Anderson's passing. I was a Junior at the University of Illinois when I decided to cast my first presidential vote for John Anderson. I believe one of the campaign's last stops just before election night was at the Auditorium on the U of I campus. It was a raucous gathering of idealistic young people. Later, my law career to me to Rockford, Illinois, where I practiced for over 15 years. In Rockford, John Anderson was a revered figure who stood for intellect, ethics and fairness. To the Anderson family: Thank-you for a man who represented the best of our culture and government. He inspired me as a citizen and as a lawyer.

Dear Keke and family, So very sorry for your loss. John was my mentor and gave me a chance to learn how to try cases. I co-chaired several cases with him in the driver's seat. He was a wonderful trial lawyer. Of course I tried to copy his style and his demeanor. I joined him at a States Atty convention in Milwaukee in 1958 and told him that the speaker for the luncheon would never go anywhere (J.F.K. was the speaker). We had early correspondence after he went to Washington and i still have some of his letters. His writing style was as fluid as his oral skills. He came to Rockford 5(?) years ago, or so and i had a brief chance to talk with him. Comparing him with most of the persons in Congress makes me so very sad. God bless you all. Great guy! My girlfriend and I were eating ice cream at "The Last Straw" about 35 years ago, and he and his wife sat in the next booth. We had a nice conversation. Sorry to hear he's gone.

My condolences to the Anderson family. I've been voting since 1976, and my vote for John Anderson in 1980 was the my most satisfying vote in a Presidential election. We need more like him, and we'll miss him.

While I never met or knew Mr. Anderson, I did recognize him and his name. It sounds like he was a good decent man with compassion for others and a good set of morals. God bless him and my sincere condolences to all of his family.

A fine, decent man and public servant. His example of leadership was a high standard which all politicians can and should aspire to. My condolences to his daughter and family, in this huge loss. I voted for him and supported his platforms and views.
