Dear Dode, Joanna, Johnathan and family,
I am sure you will miss John. My thoughts and prayers have been with you guys and i will continue to keep you in my prayers.
I remember sitting at Grandma Sparby's kitchen table in Sand Creek when i was maybe about 10 - she was telling me how highly she thought of John and saw that he was a Godly man. That has always stuck with me and I always looked up to him. He was fun to be with and I know dad really enjoyed playing horseshoes with him.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
