He was my Sergeant Major when I was stationed in Hawaii in the late 70's. He was a living legend and so professional, I looked at a book I have when we were deployed to the western Pacific in1978. A much younger Sergeant Majors picture was there. I am pretty sure he was at my reenlistment ceremony as well. In today's world with all the negativity this man would have been an inspiration to all on how to live your life. Rest in peace you will be greatly missed!!
