SMSgt John Reynolds Crump, Jr., U.S. Air Force, (Ret.), 76, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away September 17, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He was born on November 30, 1945 in Pueblo, Colorado to John and Olive (Hines) Crump.
John Crump was an undescribable man who accomplished so much during his lifetime. He was a Senior Master Sargent (E8) in the United States Air Force, a friend you could always count on, a strong willed father and grandfather, and a wonderful husband. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and close friends. He always wore a smile that would light up the room.
John is survived by his wife, Darlene Lee Crump; sons, John Reynolds Crump, III and James Edward (Morgan) Crump; and grandchildren, Christopher, Lilyana, EmmaLee, Makenna, Jayda, Bailey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Olive Crump; son, Ronald Allen Crump; and sisters, Olive Jean (Harold) Schrum and Billie Louis Crump.
