John Ivy Obituary

John Allen Ivy Jan. 21, 1940 - Oct. 23, 2007. John Allen Ivy was born January 21, 1940 to Allen and Mary Ivy in Durant, Mississippi. He passed on October 21, 2007. He served in the U.S Army for 23 years, after his retirement he worked as an accountant, serving at both Ft. Carson and Peterson Air Force Base. He is survived by his wife Pyong Chu (Juchli) Ivy; son, Alfred Ricky Corl; daughter, Betty Bourland; brother, James Ivy; sister, Deborah Westbrook; grandchildren, Timothy Bourland, Hannah Bourland, Katilyn Corl, and Caleb Corl. A Visitation Service will be held Sunday October 28, 2007 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be Monday October 29, 2007 at 11:00 am. Both services will be held at The Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel, 3825 Airport Rd., Colorado Springs, CO 80910. Inurnment will follow on October 31, 2007 at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Littleton, Colorado.
