John Lurch Obituary

John Joseph Lurch, 66 years old, died July 12, 2016 at his home in Colorado Springs. He was a long time resident of Colorado Springs.



He was born January 18, 1950 in Trenton, New Jersey to Frank E. and Elizabeth (Arnold) Lurch.



John served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a Medic E 6 and then went on to

work as a transmission mechanic.



He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; two sons: Justin Lurch and John Braddock; his daughter-in-law, Crystal Alvarado; and grandson, Joshua Lurch. One son, Jason Lurch, preceded him in death.



Visitation will be July 19 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm with the funeral on July 20 at 1:30 pm at the Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home on 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, Colorado and burial at Evergreen Cemetery with reception to follow.
