John was a dear, special man. He was adored and respected for his generosity, faith and spirit. I'm grateful for the times spent together both here and in Holden Beach. We'll never forget you for the love you gave to your family and all of us. Thanks also for being a fabulous influence on our son; and for our amazing daughter in law and their family. We will treasure them always.
