John R. Stichka, 67, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on April 1, 2023.
He was born on July 16, 1955 to James and MaryAnn Stichka in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
John went to high school at Lakewood High School and graduated in 1973. John worked as a bus mechanic for Academy District 20 for nine years. He later worked as a salesman, selling brake retarders and automatic chains for trucks.
He married Patricia A. McNeill on June 5, 1976 at Holbrook Palmer Park in Atherton, California.
He enjoyed his marriage, his pets, and his home.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Joseph Stichka.
John is survived by his wife, Patricia of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

My husband, Mike, and I knew Johnny (that's who we called him). I knew him from junior and senior high and Mike knew him in high school. We both thought he was a great guy, full of personality and fun. Will there be a memorial service? We are so sorry for your loss, may he rest in peace.
