Jordan Anderson Obituary

Jordan (Jay) P. Anderson, 35, died May 3, 2005, at Fort Carson, Colorado. Jay was born in Tacoma, WA, January 4, 1970. He moved to Southern California and returned to Washington in 1988. He recently moved to Colorado Springs, CO. Jay attended school in Seattle, WA, and received his certification as an underwater welder; however he worked mainly as a skilled construction worker and welder in Seaside, OR, Vancouver, WA and Colorado Springs, CO. He took great pride in the structures he helped to create. He married Nichole Pierce on September 28, 2002, in Seaside, OR. Jay is survived by his loving wife Nichole, his beautiful three-year-old son Erik, soon to be born son and namesake Jordon, his mother Georgia Phelps, his father Eric Anderson, a sister Jaime Waits, a stepdaughter Akalya, and many loving relatives, extended family and friends. Funeral service will be held Friday, 2:00 p.m., at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The service will be officiated by his brother-in-law Travis Waits. Viewing will be from noon until 2:00 p.m., the day of the service. Cremation to follow service.
