Joseph T. Chadima, 90, passed away on October 8, 2023. He was a resident of Fountain, Colo. for 32 years. He previously lived in the Cayman Islands for two years and in Dallas, Texas for 12 years.
Joe was born on September 14, 1933, to Willard Chadima and Alma Redell Chadima in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he lived for 44 years and married his high-school-sweetheart, Jane Gage, in 1954. He is survived by his wife, Jane, sons and their spouses, Jeffrey and Ernestine Chadima of Texas, Michael and Denise Chadima of Texas, and daughter, Jennifer Madden of Colorado Springs, Colo. His grandchildren are Jonathan (Alina) Chadima, Rebekah Chadima, Anne Marie Chadima, Nicole (Rob) Brown, Emily (Mike) Tomasik, Erica (Chris) Stephens, and Natalie Madden.
Joe was an entrepreneur and successfully started and conducted business as such. He was very talented and worked with designers to create unique display units and cabinetry. He will be forever loved by his wife of nearly 70 years, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Joe was irreplaceable, will be greatly loved, and forever missed.
